PLC program loss after PLC download

Hi everyone,

I recently converted a SoftMotion application (ctrlX 1.20) to an AxisInterface application (ctrlX 02.04).

Very often lately, while I'm downloading the PLC program, the ctrlX goes to a strange "Service Mode" where every app is unavaible from web UI and I can't perform any operation to the ctrlX (I can't see the OPERATION/SERVICE flag).

After a reboot the PLC program is gone (no application on device), and after i re-download the PLC program I get the exception "No PLC licence", after this I need to perform a reset ORIGIN and re-re-download the PLC program.

Any thoughts?

Apps unavailable
PLC license except

PLC Engineering 02.04.01 | IO Engineering 02.04.01 | Motion app 02.04.03

Like mentioned by the error description this special mode is triggered when a realtime system exception occured. This prevents a permanent boot loop and gives the opportunity to check for the root cause. A reboot is mandatory in that case, like also mentioned in error description.

The lost PLC application is because of a incomplete download. See error message in PLC log: "Bootproject application corrupt. CRC mismatch". So it is not available, as it is broken and so ignored.

The license error is a known bug in the version 2.4 of the PLC Engineering, like mentioned in the official release notes and some other topics in the community.

What have been the last changes implemented by you before the error showed up the first time?
