Hi Everyone,
I have successfully updated the firmware on our X3 device from version 1.20 to 2.6, as well as upgraded the InfluxDB application from version 1.18.0 to 2.6.2. However, after the update, I am encountering an issue with accessing InfluxDB despite having a valid license. The error message is attached for your reference.
Please note that we are not using any external SD card on the device. Additionally, the configuration for InfluxDB on the device has been set as per the screenshot provided below.
I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue.
