when i have hardware dongle R911416693(type code :XACC-1-SD*000L) ,how can i install app licenses into it?

Steps to go:
- Search for dongle in Device Portal (device needs to be claimed if not be found)
- Assign licenses to dongle
- Download license file
- Plug in the the dongle into ctrlX CORE
- Assign license file via ctrlX CORE web UI
- ctrlX CORE transfers file to SD-card
