I am currently working on the ctrlX platform with a Bosch Rexroth LTS350D Screw Tightening System and would appreciate your guidance regarding its EtherCAT integration.
I am looking for detailed information on the following topics:
- Complete EtherCAT configuration procedure for the LTS350D Screw Tightening System screwdriver on the ctrlX platform.
- Required EtherCAT parameters and recommended device settings.
- PDO and SDO mapping, along with the available process data objects.
- Communication sequence for controlling the screwdriver (start, stop, torque, angle, result/status, error handling, etc.).
- Reading and writing parameters through EtherCAT.
- Whether Bosch Rexroth provides any dedicated ctrlX libraries, function blocks, or examples for integrating and controlling LTS350D Screw Tightening System
- Sample PLC programs or application examples demonstrating read/write communication with the screwdriver.
- Any user manuals, documentation, or best practices that could help with commissioning and troubleshooting.
