Customer is using CtrlX Core Plus connecting to CtrlX Drive through EtherCAT as shown in picture. I did the scan device and add the drive through Ctrl IO engineering (ignoring the bus coupler of the CtrlX Core Plus). However it shows Topology Not OK.
I wonder if i miss out anything during setting up.
