A customer has reported the following with CtrlX5 LTS 3.6.3:
"every 20 or 30 times I boot the core, it completely fails to boot, nothing runs. If you try to go online to the PLC program, it states the core is in service mode, then when I view on the Web UI, it shows the core as having nothing installed or no info, everything is blank with error 502 codes, then if I power cycle, it returns to normal."
He has forwarded some screenshots and system report (attached).
Does this provide any clues or are there any recommendations to investigate problem further?
