ctrlX OS Setup API - which user permissions to manage the "Setup API" functionalities?

My ctrlX CORE is running in version 3.6 LTS version.

I need for an application to create a specific user to be able to manage all "Setup API" functionalities (creating ands restoring backups) not more.

I have created a new user named : user_api but I don't find clearly which permission I must allo to have this access.

In fact, when I select all permissions to all categories of my ctrlX without the check box : "Full access":

When I send the demand : GET /setups get information about setups/backups on the device

There is an error : "HTTP client error", I think my user does not have the access:

The only possibility is to give the "full access" with the check box to my user :

And then it is possible to see all backup files :

It looks like there is a user permission missing in the permission definition to be able to manage "Setup API". Or I am doing something wrong. How can I fix my need or this issue?
