Hi Community,
We have a ctrlX CORE X7, when power on there is no LED light status on the indicating bar. When we plugged in ethernet cable to the engineering port there is no light status on the ethernet port. Unable to go in the 192.168.1.1 ctrlX landing page.
We tried factory reset following this guide , it is still the same. LED light status has no light. When we check the thumb drive there is no rescue.log and flash.log file.
Anyone had this isssue?
