ctrlX Core X5 system image update failed

Hi,

We have an issue with a image update on a brand new ctrlX CORE X5. (Version 4.4.0)

The Flash log file says:

2023/01/01 00:01:05 SecureBoot Enabled on system

2023/01/01 00:01:05 Checking if SbatLevels of image are compatible with system ...

2023/01/01 00:01:05 Fail: SbatLevels of provided image incompatible

2023/01/01 00:01:05 ERROR

2023/01/01 00:01:05 version of 'grub' you are trying to install too low [system: 2][install: 1]

The rescue.log file says:

RescueSystem: 2023/01/01 00:01:05 updater: auto image flash failed. error: exit status 20. continue..

What we already tried was to add a rescue.toml file with preclean = true, but still we cannot load the new image.

Anyone any suggestions?

Thanks
