I have a customer who is using a ctrlX CORE X3. The unit has been in service for about 2 years. Yesterday, the controller suddenly became inaccessible. The internal LED inside the controller is still on, but the status display LED is turned off.
I have already tried inserting a microSD card with the latest firmware tried to flash the controller. However, the controller does not respond. Is there any recommended solution for this issue?
