I have noticed that an option to upgrade the CTRLX OS is now visible on the device, which was not available earlier. I have a few questions regarding this update:
When was this option enabled or made available on the CTRLX device?
Is there any notification provided to users regarding the OS upgrade?
Which OS version will be offered for the upgrade?
Will the upgrade impact the currently running applications on the CTRLX device in any way?
I would appreciate your clarification on these points.
