Our customer try to use ctrlX CORE X3 to control MOONS' driver by using EtherCAT CoE. (Version 2.6.4)
They could scan driver and finished configuration in IO Engineering and the phase success switched into OP.
After the axis mapped to the profile, it always show the message "switching axis profiles failed" and when we switched to "running" in Motion app.
In Logbook I only see some booting message and one warning solved, but I could not find andy information about this errorcode - 091E0201(0C580505).
