Hi everyone,
we've got the following issue on one of our ctrlX CORE X3 controls:
We communicate with an external measurement system via OPC-UA. In this case the ctrlX CORE is the Client using OPC-UA Client App. The communication works just fine.
After an undefined time (about 2-4h) the connection is stopped because there is an Client App error "Licencse is not available" out of nowhere. Also the configuration is lost (see below).
There definitely is an license available as shown in the picture below. Also date and time of the CORE are the present values.
After restarting the ctrlX CORE the error is gone an the system works fine, until the error occures again.
We are using the following versions:
ctrlX CORE FW: V2.6.3
Client App: V2.6.1
