Hello,
our customer has Ethercat communication issues.
He's using this configuration:
-Ctrlx Drive Ethercat slave : XCS2 firmware v402
-Plc Ethercat Master : NI cRIO- 9057 (labview 2020 version sp1)
When the plc sends to the slave in OP, this message appears and drive stop in Pre-operational:
We tried both in Coe and Soe.
We used XML files from DeviceDataSheet's Ctrlx Drive engineering (1.3) installation folder.
Have you already experienced this problem?
