EtherCAT Slave remains in Pre-OP

I have problems with some ethercat participants that they remain in Pre-OP after switching on. When I switch the machine on and off, they usually start up correctly (Sometimes I have to do this 5 times!!)

I use ctrlX CORE 2.02 (PLC, EtherCAT, Motion, etc.)

Can you please check in ctrlX IO engineering whether the EOE is activated. In some cases the EOE can cause very high traffic at the beginning. This should be fixed soon.
