EtherCat Master configuration loss

Hello Rexroth team,

with a ctrlX Core Embedded, I noticed that the Configuration of the EtherCat Master is lost at every reboot or operation/Service mode switching,

Do you have any explanation of it ?

after each reboot, I had to redeclare a new EtherCat Master, synchronize the device with CtrlX IO, and update ctrlX DataLayer on the PLC Side !

the version of EtherCat App is : 1.6.1.

Hi proof92005,

in your version you have to explicitly save your configuration. Going to the "Configurations" Sidebar and press save.

This will not be the case from the new version end of march 2021.

If you did that, it could also be that you need to wait some seconds more until the app is completely loaded and refresh your page.
