Did you buy the one from the Rexroth store? Then you need to do the same thing like with a ctrlX CORE but your PC. See FAQ for ctrlX WORKS.

Afterwards you have to install the Bosch Rexroth AG License Provider to the ctrlX PLC Engineering via the Add-on installer:
