Setting up OPC Tunneler on Device Bridge app- CtrlX

Hello,

I have tried setting up DeviceBridge app on CtrlX to get data over OPC DA but have had no luck. I was provided the Tunneler installation steps but have the below questions:

1. Where can I find the files mentioned in the word document
2. I have the device bridge app installed on CtrlX but have no idea what to configure in the OPC DA Tunneler portion for the device. Please see attached pic

Any help regarding this is appreciated.
