Anyway, are you talking about exporting the alarm definitions or the recorded alarms themselves?
If you're talking about exporting the alarm definitions you've surely found the correct place to export them and of course they have to be exported in JSON format to ensure integrity when importing them into another HMI project - that's what they've been made for.
However, you can surely parse that JSON file and create a CSV file from it. You can use the 🔒 Trend Export JSON to CSV converter as a template for that.
