Web IQ Designer: stuck in "Indexing App"

Wht to do when you get this message all the time, even after unistall and reinstall the Designer on the PC ?

You are not stating whether you are connecting directly to your ctrlX instance or working locally. For local access: try emptying the directory %APPDATA%\webiq-designer\workspace on your system
