run a executable .exe in webIQ

Are there any feature in webIQ to RUN/STOP a executable file inside the application screen, which is created from Labview..etc

Web technology in general (affects all websites and of course also web HMIs) does not support embedding applications for security reasons.

You also cannot "embed" programs running on the server or the local system on any website.

What you can do however is using e.g. VNC with e.g. noVNC which is technically not "embedding" and "execution", but simply "viewing".
