I just purchased the Smart HMI PC License - WebIQ Designer but I can not find any instructions on how to assing the license to my WebIQ Designer app installed on my pc. i tried to open it without a shortcut with some ip addres of ctrlx core or virtual and tried to access the default ip that shows 127.0.0.1, it requests me a password which honestly i dont remember so i tried to uninstalle webiq 2.17 and reinstall it but it did not reset the login.

Did you order the WebIQ Designer license from Rexroth or SmartHMI? This is important because the procedure differs.
Rexroth license
Option "Install Rexroth AddOns" must be enabled when installing WebIQ Designer.
If you don't know how to create the license file, contact your sales guy
The license file is installed within ctrlX Works.
The PC must be rebooted after the license is installed.
SmartHMI license
Use the WebIQ license activation process.
Enable the "Install Rexroth AddOn" option when installing WebIQ Designer.
