NOK Cause in the History
If a curve is evaluated as NOK, the NOK cause and the related step are now shown in the history, making troubleshooting and correction easier.
Increased Update Rate of Force Value via Fieldbus
The update rate of the force value via the fieldbus (cyclic notification "notificationForce", ID 403) has been reduced from 200 ms to 20 ms. This allows the force value to be read in the same cycle as position and velocity.
Display of Program Step Duration in the History
In the sequence view of the history, the duration of each step is now displayed. This information enables targeted measures to reduce cycle time.
Simplified Update from Software Version 4 to 5
Fieldbus Configuration
The configuration can be set to the settings from version 4. This ensures that the Smart Function Kit remains compatible with existing PLC projects developed in version 4.
Deleting Production Curves During Recommissioning
When updating from version 4 to 5, production curves are converted to a different format, which can take some time depending on the number of curves stored on the system. Production curves can now be deleted at the beginning of recommissioning, eliminating the need for conversion.
