There is an application which I can build to a docker container. Now I want the same but to build it into s snap-file. Is there a tutorial on how to do this best-practice or even a converter-tool?

here you can find a lot information about building snaps and how snaps work.
As far as I know there is no converter available, also the technique behind is a bit different.
