I have an MTX v15.12 I believe, running on an XM42. Recently the XM is in a Hard Error. Wont communicate to the PC, Ethernet, or USB to my PC. Drives are in NRT and I can get nowhere in recovering the XM.
I've gone through and completed a Factory reset to reload the config and that wont even allow me to do first steps.
Any idea as to a direction for recovery?
