I have an MTX V15.14 on an XM42. We recently had to replace the controller and one of the Drives (x axis/y axis) due to a bad Sercos port and a hard fault on the Controller that was unrecoverable.
After replacing the components and getting the machine communication again, both axes get into AF but do not move in any manner through the control. However, if I go into easy startup mode in IWDS they are able to function without issue.
I have no errors on the MTX Channel, no errors on the Axes, and no noticeable issues on the machine mechanically since we can run the axes in Easy Startup.
Any ideas would be a great help.
