I do get your concern about the size, but there is currently no plan to release a version of IndraWorks DS 15VRS without online help.
Like mentioned please use the ctrlX DIRVE Engineering as this can be downloaded without help files and has the same functions then IndraWorks expect hydraulic drive support.
