HCS01.1 standalone use by IO Interface X31

Hi everybody!

Is it possible to control simply a servo motor directly via the converter interface without a PLC? Or is there a specific hardware/ Software preset necessary?
(I would like to use the inputs on the converter terminal block X31 for forward and reverse travel.)

Available hardware: HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-FW.

In principle this is possible. Best use the operation mode "drive controlled positioning". There you can use the Jog + and Jog - function (S-0-0346) to make it work like you wanted.
