IDE App: No License available

Hello,

I am not able to run/compile any project in the Visual coding inside IDE App due to an error message of "No License avaiable". Also Textual coding is not booting up.

Things I have tried to resolve the issue but nothing worked so far:

  1. Reinstalled IDE App v1.18.37
  2. Reboot / Shutdown
  3. Soft Reset from Visual Coding
  4. Factory Reset from system setting of the ctrlX Core
  5. Tried IDE App v1.18.29
  6. Exported license file again

My System Info:

  1. ctrlX Core image: v1.20.5
  2. IDE App: v1.18.37 / v1.18.29

-> License file is accepted by the core

Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks for help.

Is your system time set correctly? Did you try do empty your browser cache or use a private tab in your browser?

Is there a ctrlX Python Runtime installed on your system, if no, programs will not be able to run. Also it can cause issues in the IDE app.

Also a missing ctrlX MOTION can cause problems in this versions of the IDE app.
