Visualization Element Repository Missing

I tried today to use some CoDeSys visualization examples, particularly those shown here: https://forge.codesys.com/prj/codesys-example/html5apiexample/home/Home/#project-html5_democontrolsproject

When I try to follow these instructions, I see that the "Visualization Element Repository" option is not available even though it is selected in the options. I have images below attached. Is this by design?
