How to read actual Torque value in unit Nm?

Hi Community,

This is my ctrlx apps version:

Motion Interface Torque reading not working:

I am reading from S-0-0084, Torque/force feedback value.

When i change the scaling unit to Nm

Motion App Torque unit to Nm.

I will get switching axis profile failed.

If i switched to torque scaling to % is good.

Does anyone know the formula to convert Torque unit % to Nm?

Navigate to Limit values / Torque / Force Limitation in Drive Engineering. You will see the Reference value at 100% in Nm. That is you conversion ratio. Actual Torque in Nm = (Actual Torque in %) * (Reference Value) / 100 .
