have PLC issues now. I’m hoping this is something you know about…
Firmware updated to latest 2.6 in the collaboration room
Latest required Apps downloaded
License file downloaded
Laptop upgraded to the latest 2.6
ctrlX IO file scanned and downloaded
PLC opened on PC and updated to new version, built a new complied file and no errors
This is where it all goes wrong…
Licenses page says the PLC App is not installed, it is 2.6.6, Automation Core is 2.6.6
In Codesys status page the licenses are seen as I have an "X" in both required and installed fields but fails with the message "control does not have the required licenses"
Attempt to download PLC program and it says Basic and Standard licenses not installed, We have checked the *.BIN file and both ver.1 Basic and Standard are there as are the ver1-to-ver2 upgrade licenses
date and time are correct
