Mc_MoveVelocity - ContinuousUpdate input

Hello Team, 

In the FB MC_MoveVelocity, we have an Input name  continuousUpdate, which "Update the Velocity cmd as soon as we have a new one ? ", 

but it seems that it is not working, do we have something special to do ?
