A client is using the parameter arAxisCtrl_gb[1].SyncMode.CamIn.GainFactor to scale the cam profile as needed. The client loads a cam profile between 0 and 1 and then scales it with the GainFactor, for example, multiplies it by 90.
The problem the client is asking me about is that the GainFactor scales the value with the last point of the cam. If this is the highest value, for example, 1, there's no problem, but when the cam profile has the highest value at some intermediate point, or the last point of the cam is 0, it doesn't work well, it doesn't have the correct effect.
The documentation doesn't indicate which reference value is used to scale the value.
Is there something that is configured incorrectly?
The client is using PLC and Motion 2.6.
