Error F4002 with CtrlX Core 1.20

Hello,

A customer has a machine with CtrlX Drive and CtrlX Core version 1.20. The machine has an Ethercat master configured with 1 Bus Coupler, 11 CtrlX Drive axes and 5 SMC slaves. Sporadically it gets the error F4002 in the Drives. Attached report of the Core.
Any idea what could be the cause?

Error "F4002 Failure of a consumer connection" (see official online documentation) can be caused by EMC disturbances in the fieldbus because of bad grounding and shielding or cable design in the cabinet.

As the error cannot be found in the logbook that is part of your system report:

Is it always the same drive that is getting the error?
Could you please check the slave statistics of the EtherCat master, to localize where disturbances are happening:
