I have a costumer that has a PR21.1 used for testing and development. He stated that all of suden, the PR21 just don't finish the boot procedure anymore and stays stuck in an eternal boot loop. I was wondering if with a system image update maybe it's possible to recover it.
Can I have access to the system image file? Do we have a procedure for it?

The latest Ubuntu Core 20 ISO image can be downloaded here: https://www.boschrexroth.com/de/de/media-details/5a9c8d70-9c64-4f2c-bac3-78bd76ffb704Â . The .ISO can be used to create a recovery USB stick with https://rufus.ie/en/, for example.
Important: All user data will be deleted during the restore!
In addition, a USB stick with the system image is included with every IPC delivered.
