The customer is connecting PR21's power cable directly to the production line's power source, which is daily powered On in the morning, and powered Off in the evening. Due to this daily sudden power Off, PR21 is not performing well after being powered On next day (not able to to ping or communicate). PR21 can work well after being restarted. Howerver, the customer don't want to manually restart PR21 everyday.
Is there any document mentioning clearly that PR21 should not be suddenly powered off like this?
