Telegraf app with Influxdb Windows PC

Hi Community,

I am new to Telegraf app, i have successfully configured and deploy a simple datalogging using Telegraf and Influxdb app within ctrlX.

But now i want to try configuring influxdb in my windows PC and collect data from ctrlX using telegraf app. 

However i am getting this error: 

"Error writing to outputs.influxdb_v2: failed to send metrics to any configured server(s)"

is it possible to query data using ctrlX telegraf app to windows pc Influxdb?

Hi Open,
Yes of course you can also use the telegraf app to send data to an influxdb, which is not running on a ctrlX CORE.

Maybe there is something wrong with the communication settings of the output to influxdb in telegraf. There can also be an issue with the firewall on your Windows PC or the influxDB settings.
