Hello,
the file is content of the package. Open the CoDeSys PROFINETpackage (CODESYS PROFINET 4.2.1.0.package) with a Unzipper (e.g. 7zip) and switch to the directory ...\Softstacks\CODESYS PROFINET 4.2.1.0.package\Devices\AddOns\CODESYS PROFINET\Device\4.2.1.0\. Ther you'll find the files.
