I am displaying a visualization from a PLC of type “COREX-M-X5-21-B2NN-21.01-02RS-NN-NN” on a “VR3121.1-1A1-AA-N0N-NN-D1-NNNNNNNNNNNN-H” Panel PC using Firefox.
The visualization itself loads correctly, but instead of both the standard built-in images and symbols (lamps, switches, pushbuttons, etc.) and the custom images (stored in the Resources folder), only red X icons are displayed.
When I connect online in PLC Engineering, all images are displayed correctly.
The same is true if I open the visualization via a browser on a PC using PLC_IP:8080.
Additional information:
The project was created as a ctrlX OS x64 project.
The program contains no errors.
What we have already tried:
Power cycling the Panel PC and the PLC.
Refreshing the Panel PC (F5).
Checking that all required libraries are included in the Library Manager.
Performing Reset Cold and Reset Origin multiple times.
Does anyone have any idea what else could be tried or what might cause this issue?
