I was wandering why there is a 'Demo Mode' in the down left corner of the window in Static Analysis Settings? And if is a newer release, what benefit does is offer? Do I need to purchase a license for a full version?

the CODESYS Development platform includes the so called Static Analysis light. This one is free. Additionally there's a more powerfull add-on CODESYS Static Analysis. Therefore a license is needed. The relevant license is implemented by the license of the CODESYS Professional Developer Edition, which contains some other useful development tools. The corresponding license can be achieved by Bosch Rexroth.
