Consider to check the communication parameters of the ELMO Drives - since the default settings on CORE and Elmo effects the mis-routing. With EoE the Elmo-Default setting of PP24/PP26 becomes unnecessary.
Detailed background info:
Using parameter PP[23], you can change the functionality of the EtherCAT OUT Port of the Platinum Drive from “EtherCAT OUT” to “Ethernet”. So, you can communicate with the drive through this physical port using Ethernet protocols. PP[24], PP[25] and PP[26] are related settings for this physical port.
The default-setup is: PP24 : 192.168.1.2
PP26 : 192.168.1.1
Since the COREs-Eng-IP address operates within the same address-range the EoE return message gets lost because of undesired misrouting, related to the default setting.
Please consider to change the setting like shown below, save and reboot the drive.
