The Cartesian robot, based on a CMS (Cartesian Motion System) multi-axis system and rotary gripper, picks up displays with goods from the conveyor and positions the display in a defined storage pattern on a Euro pallet. Thanks to the rotary gripper, the variance of possible deposit patterns is greatly increased. Display after display is placed in several layers on the pallet until it is fully loaded.
Thanks to the CMS modular system, the necessary strokes can be adapted to the needs of the palletizing task. The construction of the palletizer is very rigid which allows large strokes and loads and is still very space-saving, as it spans the working area in the version as a gantry.
